1. Shipping Coverage

At this time, we provide shipping services within Australia only.Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported.

2. Shipping Fees and Taxes

  • Shipping Fees
    • Orders with a total value of AUD 89.99 or above (including AUD 89.99) qualify for free shipping

    • Orders below AUD 89.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99

All shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout.

  • Taxes
    Applicable taxes are calculated based on the order details and are shown at checkout.If applicable, taxes are included in the total order amount and collected during payment.

3. Order Confirmation and Processing

Once payment is successfully completed, the order enters the confirmation stage and is scheduled for processing.Order processing begins only after payment has been confirmed.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

4. Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Order processing follows Sydney time (AEST/AEDT), within business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM:

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are generally processed on the same business day

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day

  • Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the following business day

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–12 business days.Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier schedules, or external factors.

We select appropriate local carriers based on the order and delivery address. Common carriers include, but are not limited to:
